Shipping of your package

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment.

The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs.
The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
We recommend that you group all your items in one order.
We can not combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

The delivery times are given in hours (h) and working days (j), to these is added the delay of one day of preparation of order to validation of the payment of the Customer.

The departure of parcels is from Monday to Friday, orders are processed on the "working day" following the day of the passage of your order.
The carriers take care of parcels prepared from Monday to Friday around 16:00.
The delivery time depends on the carrier and runs from the pickup in our depot.
Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the season or cases of force majeure.

Parcel control :
In the event of a delivery incident (damaged parcel, missing products, rescotted parcel, etc.), the Customer must note his reservations on the delivery note and have the carrier sign (keep a duplicate of the document), and / or, the if necessary, refuse the package.

If the parcel is delivered without signature, the Customer must report the damage to the carrier by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 working days.

In parallel, the Customer is invited to contact the Company as soon as possible to report the delivery incident.


For any parts with a defect, an exchange will be quickly made or a credit of value, excluding postage and packaging after expertise in the premises of the Company.

Returns of defective parts must be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which the Customer has communicated his decision to retract.
Outside the withdrawal period, the Customer must not return parts without having first contacted DPAN to obtain a return authorization. The customer will receive all the necessary instructions so that this return is made in the best conditions.

In any case, DPAN does not accept returns shipped against refund, or postage due, or poorly packaged.
Returns are limited to parts in perfect condition, clean, returned in their original packaging.
For orders to Professional Customers, no product may be returned without the prior consent of DPAN.
In case of acceptance of DPAN, the port is the responsibility of the Customer.
