The Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of the hidden defects and the defects of conformity on all the products which are delivered to him. Moreover, some of the products benefit from the contractual guarantee granted by the manufacturers, the modalities being then specified on the guarantee forms.

Within the scope of the legal warranty for hidden defects and defects in conformity, the Company's liability is limited to the original value of the parts. The Company does not assume any direct liability for damage caused by the use of the products. The Company also assumes no liability for work such as: disassembly and/or installation, diagnosis and expertise, loss of use of the vehicle, loss of time, disturbances or any other consequential expenses. There is no warranty for special competition parts.


In accordance with Article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a right of withdrawal during 14 days following receipt of the goods.

Returns of defective parts must be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the Customer has communicated his decision to withdraw.
Outside the withdrawal period, the Customer shall not return any parts without first contacting DPAN to obtain a return authorization. The customer will receive all the necessary instructions to ensure that the return is carried out in the best conditions.

Under no circumstances will DPAN accept returns shipped COD, or postage due, or poorly packaged.

Returns are limited to parts in perfect condition, clean, returned in their original packaging.
For orders to professional customers, no product may be returned without the prior consent of DPAN.
In case of acceptance by DPAN, the postage is at the expense of the Customer.


Since the 1st quarter of 2021, the payment of your purchases by credit card on the website and all the French and European e-commerce players has been reinforced.
This new security system follows the new payment regulation: the DSP2.
Its role is to secure your payment by ensuring that you are the originator of the purchase. Your banking data will thus be more protected.

What is the DPS2
The European Directive Directive on Payment Services 2, aims to protect the consumer and increase the security of online transactions by online transactions by implementing a new 3-D Secure standard.

To prove your identity, you must meet 2 of the following 3 conditions :
• A password or code known only to you (password, date of birth of a third party date of birth of a third party, name of the dog...)
• A cell phone that only you own
• A personal characteristic about you (voice recognition, facial recognition, fingerprint)

How does it work?
Once you have placed your order and entered your bank details, you will be automatically redirected to the authentication site of your bank.

For this, we advise you to :
Download your bank's mobile application and activate the notifications from the application.
You will then be asked to enter the code (code received by SMS) or password of authentication of your bank. Once the authentication is validated, you will be sent back to the website.
Note that if an error message appears after the process, simply repeat the operation.
