Ordering on the Internet:
When visiting the www.ideal-cover.com website, the Customer chooses the desired items (each product sheet contains the detailed description, price and availability) and adds them to the shopping cart after indicating the desired quantity.
After selecting all the desired items, the Customer accesses the shopping cart and chooses the place and means of delivery and the means of payment.
The Customer then logs in or creates a Customer Space.
At the end of this step, the Customer validates their order.
Modification or cancellation of the shopping cart is no longer possible after this step, which constitutes full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
After confirming the content of the order, the Customer validates it definitively by payment.
The Customer undertakes to pay for the confirmed order.

Order confirmation:
The Customer receives an order confirmation email listing the items ordered, their price, postage and packaging costs, and the total amount of the order.

- by Credit card
- by PayPal or credit card via PayPal
- by Bank transfer (the order is then validated upon receipt of the amount of the order in our bank account, the information necessary to make the transfer is available in the order confirmation email sent to the Customer)

Any payment incident will result in the cancellation of the order and the possibility for the Company to refuse subsequent orders if a dispute with the Customer persists.

In addition, any suspicion of fraud concerning the means of payment will block the order and may lead to cancellation if the fraud is proven.

Secure payments:
Some orders may be subject to additional checks. Various supporting documents may be requested from the Customer (identity document, proof of address, etc.).

Order processing will begin upon receipt of the requested documents. Failure to receive these documents will result in the cancellation of the order.

The www.ideal-cover.com website also uses the secure 3DSecure protocol, which ensures that each online payment is made by the real holder of the bank card.

For professional Customers:

In case of the sale, transfer, pledging or contribution of the professional Customer's company, business or the equipment necessary for its operation, the amounts due to the Company become due immediately, regardless of the previously agreed conditions.

At the same time, the Customer should contact the Company as soon as possible to report the delivery incident.

7 - Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for Professional Customers for contracts concluded at a distance which are understood to be contracts concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties. The following paragraphs, which concern the right of withdrawal, only apply to private Customers.

Private Customers can withdraw from this contract without stating a reason during a period of 14 days. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the last item.

Use of the right of withdrawal
To use their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify DPAN of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email)
- by post to: DPAN, 320 rue de l'Amandière, ZA du Castellas 11100 Montredon des Corbières - France

- I / We (*) hereby notify you of my / our (*) withdrawal from the contract concerning the order below
- Ordered on (*) / received on (*)
- Name of the consumer(s)
- Address of the consumer(s)
- Signature of the consumer(s) (only if a paper version of this form is used)

(*) Delete as appropriate.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must simply send notice of their intention to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires. The Customer must pay the direct cost of returning the items.

Consequences of the right of withdrawal:
The Customer must send or return the goods to SAS DPAN, 320 rue de l'Amandière, ZA du Castellas, 11100 Montredon des Corbières (FRANCE) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after notification of their decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if the goods are returned before the expiry of the 14-day period. Beyond this legal period, restocking costs will be charged. In the event of the Customer's withdrawal from this contract, DPAN will reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs due, where applicable, if the Customer chooses a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by DPAN) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which DPAN is informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. DPAN will process the refund using the same method of payment that the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless the parties expressly agree to use a different payment method; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for the Customer. DPAN may defer the refund until it has received the goods or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the goods, the date chosen being the date of the first of these acts. The Customer is only liable with regard to the depreciation of the goods resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

Exception to the right of withdrawal:

The use of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:
- contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. products we have transformed).
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer.

Exceeding this delay, we won't take the goods back

8 - Returns

An exchange will be quickly made or a credit note will be issued for the value of all defective goods, excluding postage and packaging costs after inspection at the Company's premises.

Returns of defective goods must be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which the Customer communicates their decision to withdraw.
After the expiry of the withdrawal period, the Customer must not return any goods without previously contacting DPAN to obtain authorisation for a return. The customer will then receive all the necessary instructions for this return to be carried out under the best conditions.

Customers are requested to check the correspondence of the goods on reception, especially in case of the restoration of a vehicle for which the parts are not necessarily fitted immediately.

In any case, DPAN does not accept returns sent cash on delivery, carriage due or poorly packaged.
Returns are limited to goods in perfect condition, clean and returned in their original packaging.
For orders from Professional Customers, no product may be returned without the prior consent of DPAN.

If DPAN does not accept to pay for the return, the cost of the return is borne by the Customer.

9 - Warranty

The Customer benefits from the legal warranty against hidden defects and non-conformities on all delivered products. In addition, some of the products benefit from the contractual warranty granted by the manufacturers, the terms of which are specified on the warranty certificates.

The same applies for Approvals: Certain parts, except original replacement parts, do not benefit from approval in the United Kingdom. All competition parts, for example: camshafts, exhausts, large brake kits, large displacement kits, etc., must be used on a racing circuit, and under the full responsibility of the buyer, who must warn, if necessary, their own customers.

The Company cannot be held responsible for any intangible damage such as loss of customers, loss of turnover, loss of production, profit or action taken by a third party against the Professional Customer or their conviction.
